How do I make an appointment?
The first stage of the appointments process can consist of having a consultation over the telephone. This will take around ten minutes, and is free of charge. You can arrange this consultation either by ringing me on 07746 184472 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to have a consultation via email only then this can also be arranged.
Can I still see you even if I am with an insurance agency?
I accept clients who are privately paying or who are with insurance agencies such as Aviva or Bupa. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.
What will happen during my first appointment?
Your first appointment will take place after the initial phone consultation, at a time/place we have prearranged. The main aim of the first appointment will be to complete an in-depth assessment. We shall also explore the difficulties you are experiencing, as well as your aims of coming for treatment.
The assessment appointment will last 50 minutes; subsequent appointments are also 50 minutes long.
How much will it cost?
CBT costs can vary dependent on the services you require. This will all be covered in our phone consultation. If you’d like to know before the consultation, then feel free to send me an email.
